EWS1 Fire Risk Assessments

New Government safety advice means additional fire risk assessments have to be carried out on buildings over 18m tall (usually 5 or more storeys) with some form of combustible cladding or combustible material on balconies, and blocks less than 18m tall with specific concerns.

These assessments are known as External Wall System Assessment 1 forms (EWS1).
