A new edition of our Residents Annual Report lets you know what we’ve been doing over the last year and highlights the impact our work has had.
It’s been an especially challenging year for many which has meant we’ve had to be at our best and most resourceful.
Some of the highpoints of which we’re really proud include;
- More residents than ever giving us their views on our services and decisions
- Building 22 new build social homes and 8 for shared ownership in Poplar and Bow
- 48 overcrowded tenants moving into bigger homes
- A 75% increase in social value – the impact our services have – reflecting our ongoing commitment to investing in your community.
