Gelina Menville

Championing housing-led regeneration and community development with a strong track record in public service and grassroots voluntary work.

Gelina is currently Head of Affordable Housing and Partnerships with Westminster City Council, having held the roles of Head of Regeneration and Programme Director for the Ebury Bridge Estate. She has considerable experience of working with communities in housing led regeneration, leasehold management and residential block management. She is also a Director with Drama Academy supporting and encouraging children living in marginalised communities in East London through drama and related activities. Gelina is also the Chairperson of Project Volunteer, a UK registered charity working in partnership with SOS Children’s Villages International, providing support services to children and young people. Gelina is also a former resident of Tower Hamlets and has family in the area. She brings a background in housing and regeneration and a commitment to voluntary work in community development organisations.
