Kitty has 10 years experience in the real estate industry, working with local authorities and commercial development partners.
She has worked for Ealing Council and Tower Hamlets Council in planning and regeneration roles. During her time at Tower Hamlets she worked closely with the Spotlight team, which introduced her to the holistic work undertaken by Poplar HARCA.

Kitty is now a Development Manager at Urban&Civic focused on large scale development sites outside of London. In this role she works closely with Local Authority partners, housing associations and listed house builders. She is pleased to be part of Poplar HARCA and able to use her experience and knowledge to contribute to the Finance and Investment Committee.
