Paul Fitchett is a long-standing Poplar HARCA tenant on the Lincoln Estate, currently serving on the Lincoln Estate Board, Joint Estate Panel, and most recently the Services Committee. Now retired, Paul brings a diverse background in transport, security, healthcare, and management. His active involvement in local governance reflects a strong commitment to community engagement and improving resident experience.
