We’ve delivered 40 new affordable homes for Tower Hamlets residents at One Thames Quay, Marsh Wall.

This landmark tower stands tall just minutes from Canary Wharf and Poplar, offering high quality homes in a brilliant location.

Working in partnership with Chalegrove Properties, we secured these homes to make sure local people benefit from new development in the area. It’s part of our commitment to keeping Tower Hamlets a place where local families can grow and thrive.

What’s been delivered

  • 31 homes for shared ownership
  • Half of the affordable rented homes have three bedrooms or more

Each of the 71 homes sits within a 48 storey tower and comes with its own private balcony. They were designed with comfort and quality in mind, reflecting the needs of our community.

Why this matters

We know how important it is for families to stay close to the places and people they know. That’s why we focused on larger homes and made sure they’re genuinely affordable.

This isn’t just about housing. It’s about helping people stay rooted in Tower Hamlets, close to schools, jobs and support networks.

A location with history

One Thames Quay sits on Marsh Wall, a site that’s seen huge change over the years. What was once part of Docklands is now home to new homes, green spaces and opportunities. Through all that change, local people have always been at the heart of the story.

With the DLR, Jubilee line and Elizabeth line nearby, it’s easy for people to get around London.
