We’ve delivered 40 brand-new affordable rental homes for Tower Hamlets residents at One Thames Quay on Marsh Wall
This landmark tower stands tall on the Isle of Dogs, just minutes from Canary Wharf and Poplar, offering high quality homes in a brilliant location.
Working in partnership with Chalegrove Properties, we secured these homes to make sure local people benefit from new development in the area. It’s part of our commitment to keeping Tower Hamlets a place where local families can grow and thrive.
What’s been delivered

- 31 homes for shared ownership
- Half of the affordable rented homes have three bedrooms or more
Each of the 71 homes sits within a 48 storey tower and comes with its own private balcony.
The homes and shared spaces within the building have been designed to meet the highest standards and, significantly, to bring neighbours together. Shared spaces, such as gardens and play areas inside the building are helping residents build connections and enjoy a better quality of life.

A location with history
One Thames Quay sits on Marsh Wall, a site that’s seen huge change over the years. What was once part of Docklands is now home to new homes, green spaces and opportunities. Through all that change, local people have always been at the heart of the story.
