Meet your team

Housing Officer Miles-Jay Bankinson
I’m committed to supporting residents within our diverse community. I take pride in actively engaging with residents, as it allows me to build relationships and make a positive impact on their lives.
Rents Officer Farhana Akther
I help residents with rent payments through payment plans and offering tailored support to those who need help managing their finances. It's fulfilling to see how small, practical interventions can make a significant difference.
Community Safety Officer Samuel Browne
As a local resident, I care about the community I live in and want to help better my community. As a Community Safety Officer, I am a first point of contact for residents and can address their issues first-hand.

Neighbourhood priorities

Litter, rubbish and fly-tipping

We want to create great neighbourhoods for our residents and communities. We appreciate how important it is to keep them free from environmental issues. Our Estate Services team works hard to ensure that our estates are kept free from litter, rubbish and fly tips.
Environmental issues are reported to the Community Safety team and if offenders are identified we will deal with them. Individuals will be recharged the cost of the clearance and if the matter continues to happen, they may face tenancy action.

Investing in your area

New wayfinders

Working with the Lincoln Estate Board we’ve designed and installed new wayfinders around the estate, for a much-needed refresh. Thanks to the Lincoln Estate Board for funding this project.
Locations:
  • Bramble House
  • Sumner House
  • Gale Street
  • Knapp Road
  • Spanby Road

Climate-friendly landscaping

Climate-friendly landscape initiatives will be delivered across four sites on Lincoln Estate from Spring 2025 as part of The Great Green Estate programme, with funding from The Mayor of London’s Rewild London Fund, and working with Friends of Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park.

There will be community and school planting workshops, to make under-used green spaces more attractive for local residents to use and more biodiverse with wildflowers and nature-friendly habitats.

Sites include Navenby Walk, Watts Grove and Gale Street
