Making Poplar a better place to live
Poplar HARCA (Housing and Regeneration Community Association) is a registered social landlord. We own and manage around 6,382 homes in Poplar, East London that were transferred from the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. We are working with the local community and our partners to make Poplar a better place to live.
