We're asking residents for their thoughts on a new property standard for our tenanted homes.
We deal with empty properties, also known as voids, everyday. We’re responsible for making sure these properties are safe, secure, clean and in a good state of repair, before new residents move in.
We want to know what condition you think a tenanted property should be in, each time a resident or family moves out, and before new residents move in.
