It’s time for your free Property MOT

We're offering free Property MOT inspections to Poplar HARCA tenants.

A Property MOT is a simple way for us to check the condition of your home and make sure everything is working as it should. It’s also a chance for you to tell us about any repairs or concerns you’d like us to look into.

What is a Property MOT?

Think of it as a health check for your home.

One of our team members will visit your property and spend around 30 minutes carrying out a visual inspection of key areas, including your kitchen and bathroom.

During the visit, we’ll:

Check the age and condition of your kitchen and bathroom
Check for signs of damp and mould
Take a few photos, with your permission
Complete a short inspection form
Talk through any repairs or concerns you’d like to raise

If any repairs are needed, we’ll arrange them after the inspection.

We’re offering appointments:

Monday to Friday, 8am to 12pm
Monday to Friday, 12pm to 4pm

We’ll be visiting estates too

Our team will also be out and about on estates, knocking on doors to offer Property MOT appointments.

For your peace of mind, all staff will carry a Poplar HARCA ID badge. If it isn’t a convenient time, we’ll be happy to arrange an appointment that works better for you. Just let us know.
