Phone system upgrade

We're upgrading our telephone system in September. This change is expected to have minimal impact on residents.

From Thursday 3 September, some of our teams will begin using a new telephone system.

Our main telephone number 0800 035 1991 will continue to operate as usual throughout the upgrade.

On Tuesday 22 September, the remaining telephone services will move to the new system. The transfer of some phone numbers may take several hours to complete, so there could be some temporary delays to direct numbers or extensions during this period.
