UPDATE: Devons area water pressure

We are aware of the intermittent problems with water pressure and supply affecting some homes in the Devons area:

Barton House

Chagford House
~~Langmead House~~ Works now complete
Limscott House
Northleigh House
~~Shillingford House~~ Works now complete
Ashcombe House
Bradley House

The Section 20 consultation process has now concluded for Barton House, Rudstone House, Limscott House, Shillingford House, Chagford House and Langmead House. We have now instructed our contractor to undertake the works at those blocks.

A schedule of works has been circulated to all residents in the above blocks. Works at Langmead House, Rudstone House and Shillingford House have now been completed. The remaining works are expected to be completed by 08 September 2026.

Many households may experience increased water use during early-morning and evening hours. This can also contribute to peak-time pressure changes. We kindly encourage residents to store some water in advance, where possible, to help manage any temporary interruptions during these busy periods.

We have been and are continuing to provide bottled water for those affected by intermittent water supply.
