The focus is on noticing patterns as they arise and becoming more aware of how emotional responses are felt physically. Over time, this can support gradual, meaningful shifts in how those moments are experienced and handled.
Sessions are guided, unhurried, and shaped around what feels manageable for you. There’s no pressure to do anything perfectly – it’s more about awareness, presence, and working gently with what’s already there, with the aim is to help build a clearer connection between body and mind, soften long-held stress patterns, and leave you feeling a little more steady in day-to-day life.
