Sound Bath Meditation

A beautiful hour of deep relaxation. Lie down, let go, and drift away to the soothing vibrations of gongs and singing bowls.

Sink into stillness and let sound do the work.

Deeply immerse yourself, letting gentle vibrations wash over you to helping quiet the mind and ease the body. Simply lie back, close your eyes, and allow layers of sound – from crystal singing bowls to soft chimes and gongs – to guide you into a calm, restorative state.

As the tones resonate, they can help release tension, slow your breathing, and bring your focus inward. Many people find it easier than traditional meditation, as the sound gives the mind something natural to follow. The result is a sense of clarity, balance, and quiet reset.

Perfect at the end of a long day or as part of a regular wellbeing routine.

Your comfort is key, please make sure to  bring a yoga mat to lie on, a warm blanket as your body temperature will drop as you relax, and a small pillow if you’d like extra support for your head or knees.
