We’ll be inspecting Island Point on Monday 13 February

We’re working with a company called Longevity Partners to review and improve the environmental impact of your building, including its energy efficiency and water usage. As part of this work, officers from Longevity will be visiting Island Point at 10.30am on Monday 13 February.

As well as inspecting the outside and communal areas of the building, the officers are also hoping to look inside a number of residents’ homes to help them get a better understanding of how much energy is being used.

If you’re going to be at home on Monday morning, we’d really appreciate if you could let the officer in to inspect your home.

The visit should take no longer than 10 minutes, and the officer will inspect and take photos of several features in your home including fixed appliances, windows and lighting.

We’ll then receive a list of recommendations from Longevity on ways we can improve the environmental performance at Island Point. We hope that these improvements will then lead to savings on energy and utility bills for all residents in the building.

If you have any questions about the inspection, the officers from Longevity will be happy to answer these during their visit.

Always ask to see our contractors’ ID before letting them in, and if you feel unsure about who they are please call us to check on 0800 035 1991.
