Neighbourhood priorities

Litter, rubbish and fly-tipping

We want to create great neighbourhoods for our residents and communities. We appreciate how important it is to keep them free from environmental issues. Our Estate Services team works hard to ensure that our estates are kept free from litter, rubbish and fly tips. Environmental issues are reported to the Community Safety team and if offenders are identified we will deal with them. Individuals will be recharged the cost of the clearance and if the matter continues to happen, they may face tenancy action.

Investing in your area

Brightening up the neighbourhood

Shopfronts on St Paul's Way were brightened up with artwork. This was a project with Global Street Art and Gateway Housing Association, and was part of the 2024 London Mural Festival. Read more

Estate Walkabout Report June 2026

Every month, senior leaders from across our Operations Team visit one of our estates to inspect the quality of our buildings and services and talk to residents.

We aim to visit every estate at least once a year.

We visited Burdett in June 2026. You can view the report here:
