I love helping people. Having grown up in the area and knowing a lot of residents over the years makes it feel that extra bit special to do that here.

As a Housing Officer I can make a positive difference in people’s lives and I can see the direct impact that having decent homes and environment to live in has within the local community.

I help residents with rent payments through payment plans and offering tailored support to those who need help managing their finances. It's fulfilling to see how small, practical interventions can make a significant difference.

As someone who grew up in Tower Hamlets, I understand the issues residents are experiencing. I want to make a difference and tackle antisocial behaviour to ensure a safer community for all residents..  

I oversee the cleaning and upkeep of the estate, supporting the estate services team, and help ensure a safe, clean, and pleasant environment for residents.
