We are committed to maintaining safe and clean communal areas for all residents. To tackle drug use in these spaces, we have:

• increased security and patrols: regular patrols by Parkguard and a stronger security presence help deter drug use and ensure safety
• partnerships with authorities: we work closely with the local Safer Neighbourhoods team and support services to address drug-related issues and provide support for affected individuals
• resident support: we offer information and access to addiction services and rehabilitation programs for those struggling with substance misuse
• raising awareness: through educational campaigns, we encourage residents to report concerns and seek help, promoting a drug-free and supportive community

By taking these steps, we aim to create a safer, healthier environment for all our residents. If individuals don’t engage in support offered and persistent antisocial behaviour occurs because of their drug use, we will look at enforcement action. This may be in the form of an injunction or action against their tenancy or lease if they are a resident.

Your area is served with a communal plant room, where heating and hot water are produced centrally and delivered to multiple homes via insulated pipes, eliminating the need for individual boilers. Your heating bills are managed by a metering and billing agent who collect on behalf of Poplar HARCA.

Your home is fuelled by air source heat pumps. Heat pumps move heat from the outside air into your home using a special refrigerant cycle (which is like an air conditioner in reverse). This provides heating and hot water for your home.

Your heating bills are managed by a metering and billing agent who collect on behalf of Poplar HARCA.

Your heating supplier (who oversees the air source heat pumps) is Poplar HARCA, your metering and billing agent is Sycous.
