Max swaps rented house-shares for his own home through shared ownership
Max, a chartered accountant working for an insurance company in the City, moved into his first home in October 2019. He was living in rented house-shares for nearly 10 years and throughout this time dreamed of owning his own flat. With limited savings, the shared ownership scheme was the best option for him.

Aimee and Justin move into brand new shared ownership home in Emerald Gardens
Aimee, a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in a primary school, and Justin, a Photographic Retoucher, moved into their first home a week before the Covid-19 lockdown – along with their beloved French Bulldog, Bailey. Whilst paying very expensive rent for a 1 bedroom flat in the Docklands, they decided it was time to invest their money and start their journey onto the property ladder. Through researching Shared Ownership, they concluded that this was the best option for them and are now enjoying life in Emerald Gardens.
