Originally from the beautiful island of Saint Kitts in the Caribbean, Joyce is a mother, foster carer, former special needs teacher, and a force of creativity and compassion. She is making waves as a local fashion designer, a Carbon Champion, and sewing teacher at the Linc Centre.

Preventing homelessness and helping people forced to sleep rough
We recognise how important a home is. It’s a stable foundation on which you can build a happy and healthy life.
That’s why throughout the year we’re working hard with some of our residents to ensure they can sustain their tenancies. Alongside this we are working with homelessness organisations to help more local people find homes.
